I’ve been recording bands and songwriters for the last fifteen years. I started in a basement, moved to an attic, and eventually built Mangum Street Grocery during the pandemic — partly so my family wouldn’t have to hear my racket. I love helping artists realize their creative goals and believe strongly in keeping my rates affordable and accessible.
Music has been a constant for as long as I can remember. My sister and I wore out a cassette of Born in the U.S.A. before I turned six. I picked up the clarinet in third grade, sang in a gospel choir in high school, and started playing in bands in college.
For almost twenty years, I’ve been a member of Bombadil, singing, drumming, playing synthesizer, writing songs, and recording many of our albums. I’ve also scored documentary films, edited podcasts and co-founded the experimental ambient record label Bathysphere Records.
